3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Company administrators are responsible for managing employee accounts within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or any harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit sensitive personal data (e.g., medical records, financial data) unless authorized by your organization.

5. Google Drive Integration

The Service integrates with Google Drive to provide file storage and management. By using this feature:

  • You authorize us to access your Google Drive on behalf of your organization.
  • Files uploaded through the Service are stored in your organization's Google Drive account.
  • You are responsible for complying with Google's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
